With over 18 years of working in protective services, Aaron has experience leading in executive protection, program management, procurement, development of policies and SOPs, and international transport of high-value assets.

Aaron has created and implemented over 500 private-sector training programs worldwide during the past ten years. In 2019 Aaron executed 149 training programs in 4 countries training over 3200 agents in the private sector.

Aaron understands the unique needs and challenges facing corporate executive protection teams and is experienced in managing state licensing compliance, location and logistics, and budget for sustainment training. He is driven to customize training to fit the needs of the client or corporation.”

Josh Palmer

Chief-Instructor & VP of Business Development

Josh is AS3 International’s Chief Instructor, a seasoned instructor with ample experience in Mexico and the United States, Josh is responsible for everything related to training in North America.

Staff Sergeant Army Veteran, Josh has more than 20 years of experience in the security industry, with a specialty in explosives and underwater maneuvers.

Joshua is also a Member of KDI’s International Executive Protection and Special Projects Teams.

Josh Solomon

Sr Instructor

Lt. Solomon presently serves as the Training Unit supervisor for the York County Sheriff’s Office, overseeing a contingent of around 50 instructors, as well as coordinating our Field Training Program which accounts for 14 additional FTO’s.

 

Prior to this assignment, He has served the York County Sheriff’s Office in many capacities, including the roles of Training Sgt, K9 Handler, SRO, Shift Supervisor, and Traffic Enforcement Officer.
