Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in our training programs.

1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by AS3 Driver Training, LLC ("AS3", "we", "our", or "us"). By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Services
AS3 provides professional driver training through two primary service types:
- •Open Enrollment (B2C): Courses open to individual participants
- •Private Events (B2B): Courses exclusively for participants designated by the client company
3. Eligibility
Participants must possess a valid driver's license or permit to enroll in our courses. There are no age restrictions beyond this requirement.
4. Booking and Payment
Open Enrollment (B2C)
- •Book through our website via credit/debit card (processed by Stripe)
- •Payment is due at time of booking
Private Events (B2B)
- •Request quote, accept quote, request dates, AS3 holds dates
- •Invoice issued day after course completion
- •Payment due within 30 days via credit card or ACH
Date Hold Process for Private Events
- •Client requests desirable dates for a particular location
- •AS3 checks availability and places a hold on behalf of the client
- •If another client requests the same dates, the original client has right of first refusal
- •The client can choose to keep or release the hold
- •If the client keeps the hold, these dates cannot be cancelled without penalty (see Cancellation Policy)
5. Cancellation and Refunds

AS3 does not charge additional penalties for course cancellation beyond the track fees. Rescheduling within the penalty period is subject to track availability and may incur additional track fees.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For credit card transactions, refunds are handled through Stripe.
6. Attendance
- •Each course type has minimum and maximum attendee limits
- •Clients can change the number of attendees up to 2 days before training
- •No-shows on the day of training will be charged full tuition
- •Clients sending fewer than the minimum number of attendees will be charged for the minimum number
7. Transfer of Registration
Open Enrollment (B2C)
Registrations may be transferred to another individual until the morning of the event. To transfer a registration, please contact AS3 Driver Training as soon as possible with the new participant's details.
Private Events (B2B)
AS3 Driver Training does not manage individual attendee registrations. The client company, as the host, is responsible for managing their attendee list and any changes to it. Any modifications to the attendee list must be communicated to AS3 through the designated point of contact at the client company.
8. Insurance and Liability
- •All our events are insured through K&K Insurance; please contact us for information on coverage and limitations
- •All attendees are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any training
9. Assumption of Risk
Driver training involves inherent risks including but not limited to vehicle operation at various speeds, emergency maneuvers, and controlled skid exercises. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur during training, except where caused by AS3's gross negligence.
10. Health and Safety
Participants assume full responsibility for their health and safety during training sessions. Participants must be physically fit to operate a vehicle and must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs driving ability.
11. Vehicles
AS3 provides vehicles for all courses. In private courses only, clients may use their own vehicles, though it is not advised.
12. Media Release
AS3 may photograph and video record training sessions for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. By participating, you grant AS3 a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your likeness in photos and videos. To opt out, notify AS3 in writing before your training date.
13. Intellectual Property and Recording
- •All training materials and course content are the property of AS3 Driver Training, LLC
- •Participants may record and photograph themselves during practical exercises for personal use only
- •Recording of classroom sessions or instructor explanations is strictly prohibited
- •Use of any AS3 material for commercial gain is prohibited
14. Privacy and Data Protection
- •AS3 complies with all GDPR and CCPA regulations
- •For open enrollment courses, participants may opt-in to receive communications
- •For private courses, AS3 will not contact attendees without specific request
- •Certain demographic information is collected for statistical analysis but is never shared or sold to third parties

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AS3 Driver Training, LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
16. Limitation of Liability
AS3 Driver Training, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or AS3 services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of North Carolina.
18. Changes to Terms
AS3 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be communicated to all clients via email. The email notification will include a summary of the changes and the effective date of the new Terms. Continued use of our services after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is the responsibility of the client to review any changes to the Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you should discontinue the use of our services.
By using AS3 Driver Training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
